You may not scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the site in ways that harm availability or violate applicable law.

Paid reports and refund review

A compatibility report is a one-time digital purchase. You can leave the Stripe checkout before confirming payment; we begin preparing a report only after Stripe marks the payment as paid. We email an order confirmation immediately and aim to deliver the private report link within a few hours.

If a confirmed payment is duplicated, the paid report is not delivered, or the delivered file cannot be accessed because of a technical failure, please contact us with the Checkout Session or order reference. We review refund requests against Stripe settlement and delivery records and apply any rights required by applicable law.
